I'm thankful that the shape of a life with God includes His faithfulness to me. I'm thankful that He enables me to be faithful to Him, and faithful to my spouse--not perfectly, but He gives me the desire to be like Jesus. I recently listened to a Tim Keller sermon who pointed out that God is my Father, King, and Groom. How amazing that the Creator of the universe loves me as a perfect husband.
